Store Pickup Policy

  • Call Ahead: If you are picking up items at our store, please call ahead before your arrival.
  • Preparation Time: Product(s) may take up to 30 minutes to be prepared for pickup. Please note that certain items, such as iron doors, may require up to one hour for disassembly and preparation.
  • Special Orders: Most special order items are not available for pickup at our store location. When your order is ready, we will provide the necessary information for an alternate pickup location, if applicable.

Stock Items (In-Store Pickup)

  • Eligibility: Stock items picked up from our store can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in "as-purchased" condition, unused and unopened. Items that are open, scratched, altered, or show signs of wear and tear will not be accepted for return.
  • Special Orders: Please note that special orders cannot be returned.

Shipped Items

  • Return Window: Shipped items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The return shipping cost may differ from any promotional shipping rate originally paid during the purchase.

Return Process (In-Person)

  1. Notify Team: Bring your item(s) to the front counter and let our team know that you have an item to return.
  2. Unload Items: Once notified, please pull to the back of the warehouse to unload your items.
  3. Inspection: Our warehouse staff will inspect the returned product for eligibility.
  4. Return Processing: Once inspection is complete, warehouse staff will bring the paperwork to the sales counter.
  5. Payment Processing: A sales associate will process the return and arrange any applicable refunds. Refunds will either be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference and eligibility.

Return Process for Shipped Items

  1. Initiate Return: Respond to the original order confirmation email with your return request, email us at info.tx@aaadistributor.com, or call us at 972-241-4444 to start the return process.
  2. Shipping Quote: Obtain a return shipping quote for the items.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the items and confirm they are in "as-shipped" condition, we will issue a refund. The refund amount will exclude the original shipping and return shipping costs.

Please ensure all items meet the return conditions. We reserve the right to inspect items and deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
