Full Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive both online and in-store sales. You will oversee digital
and traditional marketing campaigns, manage e-commerce growth, and ensure that our branding and messaging are consistent across all platforms. This role requires a data
driven mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and experience in both retail and e-commerce marketing.

Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce & Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Optimize the company’s e-commerce websites for increased traffic, conversion rates, and customer experience.
  • Manage online product listings, content, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze digital analytics, website performance, and conversion data to improve online sales.
  • Implement and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Coordinate influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns to expand online reach.

In-Store & Retail Marketing:

  • Develop in-store marketing strategies, including signage, promotions, and visual merchandising, to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with store managers to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and promotional execution across all locations.
  • Plan and execute local store marketing campaigns, including grand openings, seasonal sales, and community events.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to create compelling displays that align with marketing initiatives.


Branding & Content Marketing :

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone across all platforms.
  • Develop and oversee content creation for blogs, email newsletters, product descriptions, and social media.
  • Manage video marketing initiatives, including product demonstrations, customer testimonials, and educational content.
  • Oversee email marketing automation and customer engagement campaigns.

Analytics & Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing for marketing campaigns and website changes.
  • Utilize CRM and customer segmentation tools to personalize marketing efforts.
  • Report on marketing ROI and provide strategic recommendations for growth.


Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work cross-functionally with the e-commerce, sales, and merchandising teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and content creators as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Experience with Shopify e-commerce platform is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and e-commerce best practices.
  • Experience managing multi-location marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content marketing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and assist with project selections and purchases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
  • Answer phone inquiries and help customers on the sales floor
  • Conduct cold calling to generate leads and drive sales
  • Post and manage listings on online marketplaces to attract buyers
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and be detail-oriented
  • Ensure reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Work Saturdays (we are closed on Sundays)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in doors, cabinets, or building materials is a plus (but not required)
